Coaching youth basketball, certainly, coaching youth basketball from grade school through high school, is one of the most difficult challenges a coach can approach.

A young player's lack of arm and hand strength, particularly in the less-favored arm/hand, is one of the key deficits in a kids team, a high school team, and also in the girl and womens leagues.
